POSITION TYPE: Full-Time/Part-Time, Hourly
LOCATION: Sacramento, CA
Mainly assists in A/P department – statement reconciliation & invoice coding and processing
Assist in maintaining and analyzing A/P reports for completion and accuracy
Assists Accounting in the preparation of financial reporting for PCBS and related subsidiaries
Assists with month- and quarter-end close procedures
Assisting with business licenses renewals and applications
Various other duties and periodic assignments as requested by management including projects and audits
Currently enrolled and taking classes towards an Associate or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting/Finance or a recent graduate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.
Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier.
Valid CA Driver’s License.
