The Business Architect will lead the systems Product Management. In partnership with the business stakeholders, the Business Architect defines future roadmap and business requirements for IT initiatives. The Business Architect translates business requirements to IT design requirements and maintains the Product Vision Map. Assist in the Buy vs Build decision making. We are seeking an individual with experience in Digital marketing or Category Management technology to define strategy in partnership with business stakeholders and the Sr. Business Relationship Manager related to 3rd party applications. The Business Architect assists with the relationship between the vendor, the business and USF IT. Works with business and software vendors identifying improvements to software, understanding integration between USF and vendor software, and if issues arise, researching for a solution in partnership wiith technical teams and vendor.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Facilitates meetings with Business executives and vendor representatives in development of Business Requirements document or Features/Epics;
+ Builds roadmap, strategy, conceptual executive presentations;
+ Contributes to ideation on best breed or best value solution;
+ Facilitates workshops to document As Is and To Be work process flows;
+ Negotiates defect versus enhancement discussion with Business and/or software vendor as a result of testing;
+ Hands off updates business process documentation, including work flows, RACI charts, and procedures;
+ Works with business owners and vendors to identify improvements to software applications;
+ Translates strategic intent to specific deliverables in own area;
+ Develops expertise in Marketing or Category Management vendor packages and/or software suites. IBM suite preferred.

+ B.A., B.S. degree.
+ 5 years of general Business Analyst experience required;
+ Marketing or Category Management System experience;
+ Experience working in a Management Consulting firm a plus;
+ IBM Campaign management, PIM, DAM, PCM, Customer master, CatMan or other systems experience a plus.
+ Excellent written & verbal communication skills required;
+ Visio or Lucid Chart and diagramming experience required;
+ Prior Product Management experience with external vendor packages preferred;
+ Business Process Modeling experience is nice to have.
+ Minimal travel but with ability to travel for up to 4-5 days at a time, to document processes, with little advanced notice;
+ Travel less than 10% per year.
