QUALIFICATIONS: Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance is a must. Must be able to organize, manage a heavy workload and multi-task. Attention to detail, time management skills and ability to handle crucial situations decisively and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING FOR 5 CUMULUS RADIO STATIONS:
•Greet clients, on-air guests, visitors, job applicants and contest winners.
•Responsible for Opening/Closing Front Office.
•Receive calls and route to proper personnel.
•Receive and distribute incoming mail; post out-going mail.
•Prepares winner release forms, notify winner via email/phone, maintains winner files, and updates database.
•Provide information to listeners regarding commercials, news stories, etc.
•Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (knowledge in Excel preferred)
•Perform other clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing
•Help with order input as needed.
• Help Sales Team as needed.
• Help the Promotions Team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by business department.
