The Digital ASIC Design Team is currently seeking candidates who will be responsible for the implementation and verification of advanced DFT/DFD (Design for Test/Design for Debug) techniques for low power, multi voltage designs. The successful candidate will help in the deployment of DFT methodologies that reduce test cost, increase product quality, and enhance yield learning on leading edge process technologies. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience with industry standard DFT techniques such as scan and MBIST. Job responsibilities include DFT pattern generation, coverage analysis and debug as well as running and debugging gate level simulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in both pre, and post-silicon in the DFT domain.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
+ 5+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
**10+ years experience in all aspects of Design-for-Test (DFT) for complex SoCs targeted towards automotive segment, with special emphasis on in-system test using LBIST and MBIST.**
+ Expert knowledge of scan and LBIST hardware, and ability to architect and develop flows for low-cost scan and LBIST insertion and verification for widespread deployment across design teams.
+ Strong programming and scripting skills with languages such as TCL/Perl is required.
+ The candidate should also have experience in guiding physical design and timing teams during implementation to enable proper tradeoff between design cost/effort and testability goals, and be able to provide support to post-silicon teams in debugging issues found in silicon.
+ Candidate should have strong documentation, communication and collaboration skills, and should be a quick learner to work in a fast-paced and dynamic design environment.
