The primary function of this role will be to work with the design and physical design teams to address testability related issues for high performance designs. This individual will be part of a DFT team that helps develop DFT/DFM techniques, involve with scan insertion and run ATPG. Team functions include test plan, integrate test techniques, pre-silicon verification and post-silicon pattern debug. This person needs to understand memory BIST, scan compression, logicBIST and DFT techniques required. Experience with core-based testing and test isolation in a SOC environment is a plus.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 5+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
+ Master’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
+ 8+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
+ 2+ years experience with circuit design (e.g., digital, analog, RF).
+ 2+ years experience utilizing schematic capture and circuit simulation software.
+ 2+ years experience with hardware design and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF tools, etc.
+ 1+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
+ Good understanding of RTL design in both VHDL and Verilog.
+ Structural Test design requirements.
+ Have excellent oral and written communication skills and be to partner with team members from design teams and disciplines to achieve common goals in a high-performance culture.
+ Experience with industry standard tools, like Synopsys, Mentor and Cadence.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
