The Content Manager is an integral role on the Corporate Marketing team and oversees the development, execution and delivery of digital and print content across all our channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate across marketing, communications and merchandising teams to understand business priorities and work to create and deliver an effective multi-channel content marketing strategy and editorial plan that meets our goals. The role involves content creation, optimization and distribution strategy, as well as editorial direction, oversight and project management of our print publication, Food Fanatics Magazine.
+ Lead the content development and integration strategy across all platforms (Website, email, social).
+ Identify gaps and build content that tells our brand story at all layers of the content funnel from awareness to retention.
+ Collaborate with the digital customer experience team to optimize content placement, internal linking and overall SEO strategy
+ Create and manage a connected content calendar that spans all channels and ensures alignment with business priorities
+ Work collaboratively with our content agency and guide their day-to-day activity to ensure we are meeting our overall objectives.
+ Develop measurement goals and report on performance of our content on owned, earned and shared properties
+ Manage paid media strategy
+ Build relationships/partnerships with key players in the digital space (influencers, site owners, etc) that helps strengthen our digital marketing efforts
+ Own bringing the Food Fanatics Magazine to life. Including overseeing the strategy, workflow and production of the magazine and management of our partner agency.
+ Be an expert on industry trends and work collaboratively with internal and external teams to bring forward new storylines and editorial content that will keep the magazine on the cutting edge and complement the company’s business objectives.
+ Manage the promotion of each issue to maximize reach among chefs and foodservice operators.

Four year college degree in marketing, business or other related field required.
1. Minimum three years in digital content creation and curation
2. Previous work creating, optimizing and measuring content effectiveness in digital placement
3. Proven history of brand storytelling with solid copywriting and editing skills
4. Familiar with understanding and application of lead generation, click-through, conversion and engagement metrics and parameters
5. Experience strategizing, implementing and managing cross-platform, content-driven marketing campaigns
