**Job Overview** The Director of Business Operations will be responsible for driving operational strategies and improved performance across the RFFE Business Unit. The candidate should work well with cross functional teams and be comfortable presenting results to senior leadership. This role offers an opportunity to enable business-critical decisions and drive execution of those decisions to improve the BU’s P&L.
Key activities include:
+ Aligning the RFFE BU technology roadmap to sourcing and capacity strategies to support NPI through EOL.
+ Partner with QCT Operations, PTE, etc.to connect RFFE BU to QCT corporate functions ensuring the RFFE BU objectives are met.
+ Develop tools and metrics to communicate operational performance of the BU and drive performance improvements (Cost, NPI performance, efficiency, GM expansion, etc.).
+ Work with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Finance to help drive life cycle planning and deliver ongoing P&L improvements.
+ Partner with RF360 JV teams on manufacturing and planning strategies.
+ Drive critical vendors to ensure BU requirements will be met.

**Minimum Qualifications** 10+ years in the following areas required:
+ Operations experience in semiconductors or RF components
+ Finance fundamentals to evaluate business opportunities
+ Effective communication skills with cross functional teams, both technical and non-technical, within a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative engineering environment
+ Established senior executive relationships with ASE, Amkor, UMC, TSMC, GlobalFoundries, Semco, WinSemi, etc.
+ Familiarity with cellular RF Front End architectures including power amplifiers, antenna switches, low noise amplifiers, antenna tuners, power tracking and front end modules
+ Knowledge of current RFFE architectures used in the cellular industry
+ Understanding of LTE, WCDMA, CDMA and GSM/GPRS/EDGE systems
+ Experience with Qualcomm chipset product lines
**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s, Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Master’s, Business Administration
