**Job Overview** In this position, you will work with cross functional teams including process, design, test, package, reliability, and quality engineers across both DRAM vendors and Qualcomm to fully qualify both stand-alone DRAM and KGD DRAM for SOC products. Guide and drive DRAM memory vendors to meet current and future SOC logic product requirements, such as DRAM configuration, performance, power, testing method, process node adaptation, and other DRAM spec. Analyze DRAM AC/DC parameters for DRAM design verification and drive DRAM test cost reduction and yield improvement activity. This position also requires broad DRAM failure analysis experience to resolve issues during DRAM qualification and to support RMA debug from customers. Work closely with test engineers. Some evening work is required to drive memory vendors. Some of travel is required.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 3+ years DRAM product technical silicon validation and qualification experience along with process, design, and/or test background.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Some experience in DRAM design verification and/or test characterization engineering is desired. Excellent communication skills.

+ DRAM process integration, device physics, design analysis, and test experiences.

+ Experience working in a team
