Overview

Uses a variety of web technologies to build medium to large web applications and portals for both external-facing and internal use. Expected to discover, recommend and implement the latest web technologies, best practices and standards.

(*) Design and develop web applications for external user and internal projects, ensuring end product meets end user and stakeholder requirements.

(*) Consult on user project goals (best practices, conversion, Usability, UI / UX).

(*) Perform usability testing, and translate results into actionable changes.

(*) Develop technical strategies to monitor and increase usage of web-based tools.

(*) Design and create artistic elements for websites.

(*) Perform detailed usability analyses of existing applications.

(*) Build efficient, re-usable, high performance web sites and applications.

(*) Collaborate with product owners and engineers to develop acceptance criteria and testing requirements.

(*) Handle multiple external and internal projects simultaneously.

(*) Perform other duties as assigned by management.
