Customer Service Representatives (Santa Ysabel, CA)

Positions available including Bilingual

Starting pay rate: $16.00 hourly

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance available after 90 days of employment

Eagle Advance is a call center building a team of customer service representatives. We offer paid training and will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed. If you are dependable and possess strong communication skills, this is the career for you. Responsibilities:

Answer customers’ calls via the telephone to process customer application.
Track and report all account information into computer through our customer database.
Ability to understand and follow all underwriting guidelines with regards to federal and state laws.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
Meet or exceed all daily, weekly and monthly production goals.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1+ years’ experience in a direct customer contact, service, collections or sales environment; preferably call center (phone) experience.
Punctual with excellent attendance record. Ability to work from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Great attitude
Some typing ability with strong attention to detail
