Zipline Adventure Driver
A fun adventure for the whole family, LA JOLLA ZIP ZOOM is a two-hour guided tour featuring four thrilling zipline courses.La Jolla Zip Zoom has four courses ranging from 300 feet to over 2700 feet in length with speeds up to 55mph! Our equipment provides a safe, comfortable, and exciting zipline experience for all guests. We also have side-by-side lines so you can share your adventure with a family or friend and enjoy the spectacular views of Palomar Mountain, Pauma Valley, and the La Jolla Indian Reservation while having fun!
The La Jolla Band of Luiseño Indians is seeking candidates for multiple Zipline Adventure Driver positions. Adventure Drivers will be primarily responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for zipline customers. Adventure Drivers will report to the Zipline Operations Manager with general oversight from the La Jolla Tribal Council.
Greet customers at the beginning of each tour and thank them afterward
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Provide safe transportation on unpaved roads
Operate heavy-duty vehicles
Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of zipline vehicles and equipment
Maintain clear communication staff and supervisor
Customer service experience
Experience operating heavy-duty vehicles
Experience driving in off-road conditions
General knowledge of the Southern California Region
Class B Driver’s License is desirable
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Ability to understand and execute detailed instructions
Friendly, energetic attitude
Reliable and punctual
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
