Ensures product availability through the timely delivery of all inbound Vendor managed loads to multiple USF warehouse locations. Works directly with the Load Planning Team to complete daily load tracking reports. Manage assessorial charges to determine validity and process payment to Carriers, along with billing vendors for these charges when applicable. Assist Load Planner with emails and researching loads that need to be expedited
Analyze financial impact of requests from replenishment, operations, suppliers, and the transportation providers related to detention, unloading, and other accessorial charges and makes the decision on whether to approve or deny additional charges. Additionally, billing these charges back to vendors or 3rdparty warehouses where applicable
Daily completion of the following load tracking reports for vendor and logistics managed loads:
+ No show
+ No delivery appointment
+ No pickup appointment
+ Past due report
Assisting the Load Planner with email management, and proactive communication to internal Area customers
Monitor inbound delivery schedule, along with future receiving appointments in Retalix, and update purchase order receiving date information
Work with Replenishment to determine priority loads and collaborate with Market Operations to secure inbound receiving appointments without negatively affecting service levels

Education/Training **:** Four-year college degree in business, operations, or supply chain management or equivalent supply chain, customer service, track and trace work experience required.
Related Experience **:** 3 years progressive logistics, transportation, customer service, track and trace, or distribution experience is preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities **:** Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work through obstacles to achieve a goal; ability to interact positively with wide variety of employees at all skill levels; demonstrate effective problem-solving, sense of urgency, conflict management, and negotiation skills; Ability to reprioritize tasks, and manage multiple competing tasks at the same time. Proficiency required in the use of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel, as well as PRISM, Retalix, Manhattan -TMS experience preferred.
