As a Systems/Software Engineer within the industry leading Location Team, you will be part of an innovative team researching and designing the core Location Technology deployed in billions of devices worldwide. With a focus on new technologies, we develop ideas from inception to production, delivering products that provide significant value and transform the lives of our users.
You will leverage your creativity, critical thinking and technical skills to develop the next generation of Location Technology for mobile, IOT, automotive and other new market segments. Your responsibilities include researching new technologies, designing prototypes, demonstrating performance/reliability improvements and developing embedded software for mass deployment.
You will apply advanced techniques such as hybrid technology fusion, GNSS or GNSS/INS navigation, MEMS sensor processing, Visual Inertial Odometry, causal/non-causal estimation and Machine Learning to develop algorithms and embedded software for improving navigation availability, accuracy and precision.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 2+ years Software Engineering or related work experience.
+ 2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
+ Masters or PhD in EE, CS, Geomatics or Aerospace Engineering
+ 3-5 years industry experience developing Location Technology products
+ Proficient in programming with C/C++, MATLAB, Python
+ In depth understanding of Statistics, Linear Algebra, Estimation (including WLS and Kalman filtering), Navigation and GNSS theory
+ Hands-on experience developing algorithms and software for GNSS, GNSS/INS and MEMS sensor applications
+ Experience designing, developing and debugging medium to large scale real-time and near real time systems
+ Experience with Machine Learning techniques (e.g. Deep Learning)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
