These designs include analog circuits like Phase Lock Loops (PLL) and data converters (ADC/DAC) and other assorted analog and blocks like , analog and filters, low drop out linear voltage regulators, precision references, comparators, and audio and video amplifiers.
**Responsibilities:**
Apply your ADC/DAC or PLL analog/ integrated circuit expertise to the development of mobile communication systems and wired peripherals. Primary circuits of interest currently are Phase Lock Loops (PLLs) for timing/clocking applications and we are looking for designers at all levels of experience beyond the basic educational and experience qualifications listed above. We are also interested in designers with ADC/.DAC, Sigma-Delta Modulators, continuous time and switched-cap filters, Audio class D/G/H amplifiers, voltage regulators and precision reference design experience. Low voltage and low CMOS techniques in nanometer technologies are emphasized.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ PhD in Electrical Engineering with internship or journal/conference publication OR MSEE + 4 years of professional experience in the transistor level design of analog or mixed-signal integrated circuits.
+ Experience in the transistor level design of analog or mixed-signal integrated circuits in sub-90 nanometer CMOS technologies.
+ Academic or Professional experience using one or more of the following is required: Cadence, Spice, Matlab or Verilog/VHDL. **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ ADC/DAC design experience.
+ PLL design experience.
+ CODEC or Class D Audio Design Experience.
+ HW DSP IP design with Matlab and Verilog/VHDL, analog and mixed-signal module and chip level modeling and verification.
