**Job Overview** Being part of the Process Technology team in the largest fabless design house, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to companys RF chip manufacturing lines in the fabs of our major foundry partners. In this role, the candidate will work closely with the foundry to manage QCTs RF product manufacturing. Review and manage production WIP status, yield, product KPI in regular base, lead the foundry partners to create yield enhancement plan, provide NPI and tape-out support, and manage process related product reliability issues.
The candidate will be responsible for device and chip level data analysis, device target setting, process optimization, and product yield enhancement. The candidate will use semiconductor process and device physics knowledge to perform data analysis, identify gaps, and design DOE for improvement. The candidate will need to drive process manufacturability improvements and judge results of process experiments with foundry partners. Actively participate in many internal cross functional team meetings as well as QCT-foundry two way meetings.

**Minimum Qualifications** -Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, device engineering, yield enhancement, and process integration of CMOS process (e.g. 28nm or below).
-Analog mixed signal and RF device, chip, and process requirements.
**Preferred Qualifications** -5 years of experience in project management.
-CMOS process integration and device physics
-Experience with tools used for data analysis and tape-out support (e.g. DataPower, Jump, tools to view gds files, etc.)
-Experience working with customers (internal & external), and cross-functional teams
-Experience working closely with foundry partners
-Ability to work across diverse technical groups
**Education Requirements** Required: Master’s, Electrical Engineering and/or Materials Science
Preferred: Doctorate, Electrical Engineering and/or Materials Science
