**Job Overview** Provide Silicon Validation of embedded DSP processors within large SOC. The task starts with understanding the debug platform infrastructure, Define DUT (Design Under Test) test features based on published specs, develop Validation Plan, execution schedule, develop test cases, perform execution on silicon. Responsibility include issue debug, resolution, and clear communication.

Important part of the position is customer support on silicon issues. Position requires excellent teamwork quality and positive approach to get resolution of issues.

**Minimum Qualifications** 0-5 years of experience and/or education in ASIC Validation engineering including:

– Experience and understanding of processor architecture which includes the concept of pipeline, cache, memory, and bus protocols.

– Experience and knowledge of programming languages like C/C+- Previous experience with Assembly coding and debug at the assembly level

– Working with SW developments in regard of test writing, compile, and execute on Silicon

**Preferred Qualifications** – Working with a HW debug platform for processors is a plus

– Excellent communication skills and organization is a must

**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering

Preferred: Master’s, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
