**Job Overview** At Qualcomm the role of a program manager is to orchestrate the entire design flow of highly complex integrated circuit(IC) design projects from initiation to production. We are currently seeking program management candidates who have experience directing the development of analog and mixed-signal ICs, specifically power management integrated circuits (PMICs). This is a technical position requiring knowledge in the areas of IC design, development, packaging, reliability, fabrication, Product Test Development, and Sustaining IC Management. Please note this is not a functional management position.
The successful candidate will be required to:
+ Interpret QCT products and services requirements and to coordinate delivery of such products and services to the customer (internal or external) according to agreed-to specifications, budget and schedule
+ Interface with internal company departments and to be aware of each departments work priorities, available resources etc., and utilize this information to create, develop, and maintain program master schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource requirements
+ Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to set project milestones, define project tasks, establish program policies and processes and allocate resources
+ Troubleshoot program issues and helps to develop alternative program tasks, schedules, milestones, processes etc. to resolve program issues
+ Communicate project status, issues, and recommended mitigation plans to cross-functional core and executive teams
+ Assist in the development and review of product technical documentation and/or end user manuals
+ May interface with customers or suppliers directly on a regular basis throughout the life cycle of program
+ Multi-task with and understand/facilitate/guide a variety of disciplines such as IC design, CAD, fabrication, test, product support, reliability, process control, inventory control, build scheduling, applications, marketing, and business/contracts
+ May be required to travel to other QCT locations
+ Articulate vision and influence decision making and outcomes both internally and with external suppliers

**Minimum Qualifications** 10+ years in the following areas required:
+ Semiconductor industry (preferably design or high-volume manufacturing) with at least 5 years in Integrated Circuit product development, program management, operations program management or design engineering management
+ Experience with semiconductor fabrication, assembly and test processes;
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of analog and digital design, product engineering, reliability, package engineering, foundry engineering, NPI, product management, sourcing, and sales operations.
+ PMP Certification
+ Analog IC product development
+ Working knowledge of mobile telecommunication standards (CDMA, GSM, LTE 4G)
+ Customer interface representing program management or product management
**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Preferred: Master’s, Business Administration and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Engineering
