**Job Description:**

**Basic Purpose-**

Perform product selection, receiving and palletizing while adhering to USDA Safety and Sanitation Regulations and customer specifications.

**Description-**

**ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

99. Pick and pack orders per customerspecification
99. Scan product as directed to capturerequired data
99. Sort, organize, repack, palletize,track, weight and break down various products to assist production as needed.
99. Ship and receive product utilizingassigned material handling equipment.
99. Perform various facility sanitationduties as required.
99. Complete miscellaneous other dutiesas assigned by management.

**Qualifications-**

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Must be able to work continuallyin a refrigerated environment 35°F- 45°F. Must be able to work forperiods of time in a freezer environment -10°F to 10°F with company providedapparel. Finish time is when work is completed and could requireovertime with or without notice.

Education/Training **:**

+ High School graduate or GEDpreferred.
+ Basic Reading , Writing and Mathskills

RelatedExperience/Requirements:

+ Minimum one year production and/or warehouseexperience required, preferably in afood environment
+ Able to work overtime as needed

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities **:**

+ Perform various roles including activities suchas product receiving and selection, packaging, sorting, reboxing, marination, furtherprocessing and facility sanitation while adhering to company manufacturingrequirements and safety regulations.
+ Ability to lift 10lbs. -50lbs. frequently
