The RF/Analog organization within QCA develops all RF, mixed-signal, and analog ICs for these complete wireless platforms. In order to drive our next phase of growth in cellular, wireless peripherals and 4G, we are expanding our RF/Analog Design Center. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with at least an MSEE or equivalent industrial experience. You will develop new signal path architectures and circuit topologies and perform detailed transistor-level design of highly-integrated RF/mixed-signal transceivers for wireless applications using advanced CMOS technologies.
Must have at least a MS in Electrical Engineering, plus intern or school project experience, in one or more of the following:
+ Receivers – including blocks such as LNAs and mixers.
+ Transmitters – including upconverters and driver amplifiers, VCOs, PLLs, data converters (DAC/ADC).
+ CMOS or BiCMOS RF or mixed-signal design at transistor level circuit design. **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ WiFi product experience.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred: PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
