**Job Overview** The process technology team is looking for an on-wafer test engineer with hands on experience in RF CMOS and bipolar testing. The successful candidate will use microwave and millimeter-wave test equipment to characterize next generation RF transistor performance, work in close collaboration with internal technology team and our design team to define new test spec. and measurement DOE. Enhance or build new measurement solution for process and design path findings

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Experience in transistor and passive device small-signal measurement

+ Experience with wafer-level characterization equipment: Network analyzer, probe stations, spectrum analyzer, power meter, noise figure analyzer, impedance analyzers, semiconductor parametric analyzer

+ Experience in programming VNA, spectrum analyzer, and signal generator

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Familiar with ICCAP, ADS, Cadence Layout environment, experience with Virtuoso XL, Calibre DRC/LVS is a plus

+ Good foundation in device physics, analog and microwave testing including s-parameters, TOI, stability, and noise characterization

**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s, Electrical Engineering

Preferred: Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
