The Project Manager will be accountable for overseeing the balance of supply and demand for an extensive and diverse product portfolio. The scope of supply monitoring will span the full extent of the semiconductor supply chain, passive components, filters and module/package substrates. In this leadership role, the Project Manager will supervise a team of Program Analysts and serve as the primary point of contact for NPI PA team escalations.
+ Anticipate supply constraints and make recommendations on how to mitigate the constraint such that supply requirements are being met on time.
+ Inform NPI/BU leadership of expected supply shortages, providing supporting data elements that explain the root cause and the recovery action plan.
+ Partner with Business Operations to understand demand profiles, product life cycles and product build strategies.
+ Address escalations from internal customers, providing regular status updates as required.
+ Work with RFFE PMs and OPMs to resolve product supply priority issues.
+ Provide sound guidance to team of Program Analyst direct reports so that the business-critical tasks they perform are executed properly.
+ Understand thoroughly the daily, weekly, monthly planning cycles and all adjacent supporting processes.
+ Constructively confront process changes that pose conflict to NPI supply planning, always counter-proposing with win-win alternative solutions
+ Propose creative solutions that enhance processes, improve human resource efficiency by working with Business Operations team, OPMs, PMs and adjacent organizations.
+ Manages and takes responsibility for multiple medium sized programs/technology with moderate complexity by applying up-to-date supply chain management knowledge to meet deadlines.
+ Establishes key program metrics and manages team to take action outside their comfort zone to ensure program success when metrics deviate from Plan of Record.
+ Drives teams to identify program issues/risks and create a risk mitigation plan for multiple medium sized or a single complex program(s).
+ Promotes program vision and objectives within the team, ensures program objectives are met or exceeded, presents program vision to management, and gains buy-in from stakeholders.
+ Promotes adoption of processes by applying best practices and identifying and executing process improvement initiatives across the NPI team.

+ BS/BA Business Administration or related field
+ 10+ years of operations/supply chain planning/project management experience. Experience managing direct reports
+ MBA preferred.
+ Semiconductor background with a technical understanding of Wafer Fabrication, Sort, Assembly, and Test processes preferred.
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability in shift from acute focus on details to broader aim on strategic goals
+ Ability to make sound decisions quickly
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
+ Proficiency in presentation skills
+ Risk management experience
+ Cooperate work well within a team environment; be able to give and receive direction possess strong attention to detail.
