In this role, you will be a Diagnostics Engineer in the Yield & Diagnostics department. Responsibilities include:
+ Research and develop new capabilities in scan diagnosis and drive solutions into high volume yield learning environment
+ A high level of collaboration with design, product engineering, and yield teams is necessary

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 2+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
+ Fundamental understanding of DFT and scan methodology for high-performance SoCs
+ Application of data science or machine learning
+ Experience with industry-standard ATPG tools like Mentor Tessent, Synopsys TetraMAX, or Cadence EncounterTest
+ Understanding of VLSI processes and layouts
+ Working knowledge of one or more of the following programming/scripting languages: Python, Perl, Tcl, C/C++ Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ ATE verification of ATPG patterns, logic simulation, etc
+ Direct experience in silicon debug, exposure to failure analysis
+ Experience with CAD layout tools
+ Knowledge in fault modeling Stuck-at, Transition, Path Delay, Gate-Exhaustive, and other advanced fault models
Required: Bachelor’s, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Doctorate, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
