This role is for a Diagnostics Engineer in the Product Engineering Department. Responsibilities include:
+ Research and develop new capabilities in scan diagnosis and drive these into high volume yield learning environment.
+ High level of collaboration and interaction with design, DFT, and product engineering teams.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
+ 2+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
+ Fundamental understanding of DFT and scan methodology for high performance SoCs.
+ Knowledge of JTAG, BSCAN, MBIST, ATPG, IDDQ, Fault Simulation and at-speed testing.
+ Experience with industry standard ATPG tools like Mentor TestKompress, Synopsys TetraMAX, Mentor, or Cadence EncounterTest.
+ Understanding of VLSI processes and layouts.
+ Working knowledge of one or more of the following: C/C++, Perl, Tcl, Python, or similar scripting languages.
+ Detail oriented with strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
+ Experience in generation and ATE verification of ATPG patterns, logic simulation, etc.
+ Direct experience in silicon debug, exposure to failure analysis.
+ Experience with CAD layout tools.
+ Knowledge in fault modeling Stuck-at, Transition, Path Delay, Gate-Exhaustive, and other advanced fault models.
+ Understanding of advanced statistics and Design of Experiments.
+ M.S. or Ph.D. Electrical Engineering or Physics.
+ Will consider new graduates who did M.S. or Ph.D. research in diagnostics
