**Job Overview** This position leads a global cross-functional team developing and delivering digital IP and SoCs for Qualcomms RF/Analog products, including power management ICs, Audio Codecs, RFICs, and integrated RF front end devices. Qualcomms leadership position in advanced wireless technologies is largely the result of our Engineering teams ability to successfully execute in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate for this high visibility role will be responsible for driving new technology development; optimizing processes and methodologies to maximize efficiency and quality; project planning and execution to a rapidly developing next generation roadmap; line management.

**Minimum Qualifications** Minimum 10 yrs experience leading cross-functional technical development teams.
Proven communication skills with ability to set direction and make adjustments in a dynamically changing environment.
Expertise in the entire COT flow including digital design, verification, synthesis, DFT, and physical design using state of the art process nodes and EDA tools is a must.
Experience in RF/Analog design.
**Preferred Qualifications** Experience with both digital and analog design for test methodologies to strategically target yield enhancements and test time reduction is a plus.
**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s, Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Master’s, Electrical Engineering
