**Job Overview** Successful candidate will be part of the Adreno Graphics HW Program Management team, providing full line of GPU solutions to the Snapdragon family of products and will be responsible for GPU Compiler and GPU FW development and commercialization.
+ Manage GPU compiler and GPU Firmware deliveries to HW and SW drivers teams through product life cycle.
+ Support GPU Systems activities (Compute, Performance & Modeling teams)
+ Organize and lead interdepartmental meetings to set project milestones/schedules, plans of records, define project tasks, establish program policies and processes.
+ Participate in design reviews and coordinate or assure compliance to design or department checklists and procedures.
+ Troubleshoot program issues and helps to develop alternative program tasks, schedules, milestones, resource plans, processes etc. to resolve program issues and conflicts.
+ Determine risks, develop mitigation strategies and communicate information to internal and external key stakeholders.
+ Roll-up and reporting regularly to senior management on key compiler, firmware development milestones, metrics, risks and risk mitigation plans .
+ Take active role in innovating and improving the current program management metrics and processes.
+ Drive implementation of best practices in project management to the work stream leaders and their teams
+ Lead the development of processes and metrics to optimize compiler and firmware execution and release quality
+ Coordinate with remote teams on process, planning and deliverables
+ Lead teams through the development process with attention to cultural priorities: collaboration, partnering, can do attitude
+ Must be articulate, have a leadership presence, and be able to develop top quality presentations that are concise and engaging.
+ Must be able to multi-task and react to changing business needs with clear direction for subsequent action plans.
+ Mentor and influence development teams to adopt practices that meet organizational goalsPlease note this is not a IT Program/Project Manager position

**Minimum Qualifications** 7+ years in the following areas required:
+ Hands-on experience with embedded software and/or firmware developments, commercialization and processes with a later career emphasis on program management of those disciplines.
+ Experience with standard software development methodologies including source control (Git, Perforce, etc.. ) and defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc..)
+ Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
+ Experience with Microsoft tools like MS project, advanced Excel, power-point
+ Experience with multi-tasking on multi-projects with tight deadlines in order to understand, facilitate and guide a variety of disciplines (System Engineering, SW driver, Compiler, Firmware, Product Management, etc..)
+ Ability to manage, influence, and set direction of multi-faceted, multi-disciplined teams and programs independently with minimal supervision/mentorship.
+ Effective Communication skills, technical project presentations and teamwork skills
+ Ability to learn and adapt quickly
+ Detail and action oriented, self-starter, leader, delegator and motivator.
+ Track record of proven leadership and program management.
+ Experience and background in Graphics technology including: OpenGL/Vulkan/OpenCL/DX APIs
+ Knowledge and prior experience managing CPU/GPU compiler projects
+ DNN/Machine learning & Heterogeneous system knowledge
+ Knowledge of Android/Windows User Mode Drivers, Kernel mode drivers
+ Knowledge of RTOS and experience with Firmware/System development and debug
**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Master’s, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
