**Job Overview** Successful candidate will lead the Security Hardware Subsystem Program Management effort, providing the first EAL4+ certified SoC-integrated security platform to the Snapdragon family of products and will be responsible for the following:

+ Program Management responsibilities for all HW features relating to the Security Hardware Subsystem itself, including its features and timelines as required by the Product Requirement Document. This includes evolution of Security Hardware Subsystem internal HW blocks such as CPU, crypto functionality, RAM, ROM, and Anti-Replay. Works with Product Management and Engineering to track program success for the IP block as it evolves through generations.

+ Support of Common Criteria EAL4+ Certification for current SDM and subsequent follow-on SoC projects. Near term emphasis will include managing the development and deployment of Security Hardware Subsystem use cases and applications across SW/HW Engineering and IT infrastructure teams. Longer term activities will include coordinating integration of the Security Hardware Subsystem into emerging Qualcomm Security Services businesses.

+ Manage development and delivery of supporting evidence and documentation from Hardware engineering, Software Engineering, Corporate and Operations teams to be delivered to Certification Evaluator. Work directly with software and hardware engineering teams, corporate IT, and manufacturing operations to plan and execute Security Certification deliverables according to plan of record.

+ Manage receipt of vendor feedback and evaluation reports, develop internal plan for response to vendor. Ensure satisfactory closure to issues and gaps identified by teams with respect to certification compliance, including software and hardware change orders, IT infrastructure requests.

+ Participate in internal and external Security Certification reviews, coordinate and work to assure compliance to Security Certification requirements as described in project checklists, plans and procedures. Organize site inspections and reviews with Security Certification Evaluators. Coordinate internally the deliverables identified for site visits and inspections.

+ Conduct and lead interdepartmental meetings to set project milestones/schedules, plans of records, define project tasks, establish program policies and processes.

+ Troubleshoot program issues and helps to develop alternative program tasks, schedules, milestones, resource plans, processes etc. to resolve program issues and conflicts.

+ Determine Security Certification risks, develop mitigation strategies and communicate information to internal and external key stakeholders.

+ Roll-up and reporting regularly to senior management on key Security Certification milestones, metrics, risks and risk mitigation plans .

+ Take active role in innovating and improving the current program management metrics and processes.

+ Drive implementation of best practices in project management to the work stream leaders and their teams. Mentor and influence development teams to adopt practices that meet organizational goals

+ Lead the development of Security Certification processes and metrics to optimize project execution and cost, improve quality and communicate feedback to engineering, operations corporate teams

+ Coordinate with remote teams on process, planning and deliverables

+ Lead teams through the security development and certification process with attention to cultural priorities: collaboration, partnering, can do attitude

+ Must be articulate, have a leadership presence, and be able to develop top quality presentations that are concise and engaging.

+ Must be able to multi-task and react to changing business needs with clear direction for subsequent action plans.

**Minimum Qualifications** 7+ years in the following areas required:

+ Experience in Software and Silicon product development with a later career emphasis on program management of those disciplines

+ Experience with Software and/or Hardware Security Technologies

+ Experience with Microsoft tools like MS project, advanced Excel, power-point

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with multi-tasking in order to understand/facilitate/guide a variety of disciplines such as IC and Software design, test and verification, debug, silicon validation, pre-production support, product support, SW drivers, reliability, process control, project and product management

+ Self-starter. Ability to manage, influence, and set direction of multi-faceted, multi-disciplined teams and programs independently with minimal supervision

+ Track record of proven leadership, business and program management performance

+ Experience in Security Technology development, Software, Hardware, Infrastructure

+ Experience in Security Certification Evaluation process, including Common Criteria, FIPS, EMVCo

+ Effective Communication skills and teamwork skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly

+ Detail and action oriented, self-starter, Leader, delegator and motivator

+ Experience and background in Graphics technology

+ Experience with embedded software and/or firmware

**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering

Preferred: Master’s, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
