This position involves SIPI methodology development and analysis execution for both LPDDR and SERDES interfaces on mobile, Auto, and IOT chips and chipset.
+ Develop new methodologies for feasibility analysis, sign-off execution, and automation for LPDDR and SERDES interfaces.
+ Act as DDR SIPI and/or SERDES SIPI lead for premium tier products.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
+ 5+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
+ Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
+ 3+ years System Level SIPI analysis or related work experience, or new PhD graduate.
+ 5+ years of academic or professional experience performing system level SIPI analysis for high speed DDR and/or SERDES interfaces
+ Strong technical background in electro-magnetic extraction using commercial 3D full wave tools
+ Ability to setup and run HSPICE transient circuit simulations using SoC IO, package, PCB, and load models
+ Experience in the lab using VNA, TDR, and oscilloscope
+ Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Perl, Matlab script, and JMP script
+ Knowledge of LPDDR4/4X/5 JEDEC specs and/or SERDES standards (PCIE, UFS, USB, etc.)
+ Background in PDN design and frequency domain impedance analysis
+ Previous experience evaluating timing budgets a plus
+ Familiarity with packaging and PCB technology preferred
