**Job Overview** Seeking experienced Software Engineers with Android/Linux experience to work on Qualcomms IoT Devices. Candidates will develop, triage, integrate software in a Linux/Android/Android Things environment. Candidates should be capable of working independently and be able to deliver results on schedule. Candidates should be comfortable with priority/context switching between multiple tasks since this is an active customer facing team. Must have excellent communication skills verbal and written and be able to deal with cross-functional teams internal and external to Qualcomm.

**Minimum Qualifications** **6 months to 10 years of academic or industry experience in the following:**

+ C/C++ programming

+ Linux Kernel development/debug experience

+ Android porting

+ Expertise in one or more of the following technologies: Android MM audio, video, camera, display, connectivity

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Must be able to work across technology areas which are not in core expertise

+ Board Bring up

**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering

Preferred: Master’s, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
