+ Facilitate business stakeholders in a group setting in order to identify root causes for technology inefficiency and large scale improvement opportunities;
+ Create business process documentation and drive streamlining and simplifying of cross-functional documentation to make it easy to find and use;
+ Collaborate with technical team to identify incidents and problems and incorporate those into the dialogue;
+ Facilitate business sign off on UAT results;
+ Partner with Quality Assurance team to develop a comprehensive test plan aligned to the testing and environment strategies. Review test results and partner with business agree on project response;
+ Facilitate workshops to document As Is and To Be work process flows
+ Use best fit development methodology to turn improvement opportunities into application requirements;
+ Engage with business users to ensure benefits are well understood and properly documented.

+ Interface with sellers to understand application usability;
+ Works across departments to facilitate related requirements;
+ Experience in web, mobile, CRM or other digital applications;
+ Understands design fundamentals of UX/UI;
+ Actively maintains product backlog including defects and enhancements.

+ Degree in information technology or relevant experience in web, mobile or other digital applications.
+ 5 years of experience as a business analyst or product management role (sales, marketing or merchandising related systems preferred);
+ Experience in gathering detailed business requirements, interpreting customer business needs, and translating needs into technical design requirements is required;
+ Knowledge of Agile Development Process is preferred;
+ Experience in developing CRM applications and Salesforce.com required;
+ Experience in developing mobile applications a plus;
+ Prior experience with business process mapping tools (i.e., Visio, ARIS) is a plus.
+ Good written & verbal communication skills – required;
+ Flowcharting and diagramming – required;
+ Familiarity with project management concepts and tools including Agile – preferred;
+ Familiarity with JIRA – nice to have.
