**Job Overview** We are Qualcomms Talent Analytics team. With backgrounds in I/O psychology, business, and database management, we bring the power of data to Human Resources. Our team was founded to better understand and serve the companys most valuable asset: its employees. We do this by applying a scientific approach to HR topics such as employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
You are an experienced professional who is deeply interested in what makes employees tick and how to effect positive change in a large organization. You will help lead our team to develop actionable research questions, prepare and analyze datasets, and present key findings to internal partners in a cohesive way. You are someone who has demonstrated the ability to lead projects and teams, influence partners on making data-driven decisions, with a proven ability to evaluate the ROI of company programs. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to drive change and influence decision-making using your understanding of advanced statistical concepts and methods.

+ 7+ years of experience leading analytical projects from beginning to end: creating research questions, defining data requirements, summarizing findings, presenting recommendations, driving outcomes
+ 7+ years of experience conducting basic and advanced statistical techniques, including at least 3 of the following: multiple regression, longitudinal analysis, multi-level modeling, factor analysis, item response theory, qualitative/text, or similar advanced techniques.
+ 7+ years of experience visualizing data and communicating complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
+ 7+ years of experience using Excel and common statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, R)
+ 3+ years of experience leading, partnering, and influencing while on cross-functional work teams
+ 3+ years of experience measuring ROI of HR programs
+ 3+ years presenting data to small and large audiences including HR partners and Business leaders to influence decisions and data drive outcomes
+ 3+ years managing employees
+ Critical thinker with demonstrated creative problem solving skills
+ Strong presentation skills
+ Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL) and visualization software (e.g., Qlikview)
+ Experience working on a People Analytics team
+ Experience working at an Engineering or Tech Company
+ Experience designing and analyzing surveys (drawing samples, creating items, testing factor structure, reliability, and validity)
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced unstructured environment
**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field & 9+ years of experience;
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field & 7+ years of experience
