The Sr. Program Manager, IT is responsible for managing one or more highly complex enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects; being accountable for end-to-end delivery of a complex program, including managing the cost / budget, schedule & dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risks. Responsible for driving deliverables and activities with Business Relationship Managers and IT Project Managers by removing barriers, escalating risks/issues, building consensus, and driving decisions, as well as tracking key program milestones and recommending adjustments to IT leadership and the program team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Drives consolidation and manages multiple work streams into one cohesive program;
+ Effectively communicates program issues, their remediation and status to program stakeholders and upper management;
+ Provides support for program planning, execution, tracking, communications and reporting for multiple high priority cross-functional projects;
+ Reviews high-level deliverables across multiple projects;
+ Manages time, budget and scope across multiple projects;
+ Tracks issues and risks at the program level;
+ Integrates financial data for multiple projects;
+ Schedules and facilitates US Foods project delivery Toll Gates;
+ Manages defect resolution process;
+ Conducts and documents lessons learned.

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, M.S./MBA preferred;
+ Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in program management;
+ PMP Certification preferred;
+ Agile experience preferred;
+ Ability to influence authority in a matrixed organization;
+ Scrum Master Certification preferred.
+ Extensive experience in project delivery and working in complex programs;
+ Demonstrated experience employing established project methodologies – agile, waterfall.
