**Job Overview** Working as part of Automotive Product Management team to define the roadmap of software products and frameworks for Autonomous Driving systems. The candidate will be working in the ADAS Business cooperating closely with the rest of the software organization across automotive and other businesses.
The responsibilities include:
+ Defining software product roadmap for levels of autonomous driving
+ Close collaboration with engineering teams to define and architect the components on Autonomous Driving Software stack
+ Coordinating with engineering teams and HW Product Management to ensure that the software requirements feed into hardware architectures
+ Coordinating with SW engineering teams across Qualcomm and aligning their roadmaps to meet ADAS requirements
+ External third party engagements for ADAS and Autonomous Driving ecosystem development
+ Supporting and managing RFI and RFQ process for customer programs
+ Coordination with WW teams for product schedule, delivery etc.In addition to the qualification requirements below, we are also looking for expertise in the following areas:
+ Complex ADAS SW systems. For example:* Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control Systems* Sensor Fusion systems for Camera and Radars* Forward Facing Cameras, Surround View systems, Multi-radar systems* Vehicle control systems
+ Embedded system software for automotive applications with thorough understanding of:* Realtime OS and HLOS* Filesystems* Device Drivers
+ Software partitioning for safety critical applications related to ADAS systems like:* AutoSAR and Adaptive AutoSAR MCAL drivers, Autosar applications* Safety critical device drivers and application development according to the ISO26262 standards* Diagnostics functions needed for building safety concepts
+ Architecting and understanding complex middleware functions like:* OpenVX, OpenMP, OpenCL frameworks* SDKs for multi-sensor perception and fusion* ROS
+ Machine Learning SDKs for Automotive Systems

**Minimum Qualifications** 10+ years in the following areas required:
+ Experience in customer engagements and product management for the Software Deliverables for Automotive
+ Production experience on delivering software products from concept to commercialization
+ Experience managing engineering teams for software deliverables
+ Experience managing complete cycle of Product Requirements Document to Change Requests to prioritization of commercial feature requests
+ Relationship in Automotive industry at Tier1s and OEMs with multi-year experience at Auto OEM or Tier1s
**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
