We are seeking program management candidates with demonstrated experience in RF switch design to join our RF Front-end Team (RFFE) and participate in the development for emerging mobile wireless applications. This is a technical position requiring knowledge in the areas of IC design and development, packaging, reliability, fabrication, product test / characterization, systems integration, volume ramp, and sustaining. Join this rapidly growing team to develop advanced switches, tuners and integrated designs and architectures supporting MIMO, Carrier Aggregation, adaptive tuning and LNA/VGA integration.

Responsibilities include:

+ Interpret QCT products and services requirements and to coordinate delivery of such products and services to the customer (internal or external) according to agreed-to specifications, budget and schedule

+ Interface with internal company departments and to be aware of each departments work priorities, available resources etc., and utilize this information to create, develop, and maintain program master schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource requirements

+ Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to set program milestones, define program tasks, establish program policies as well as processes, and allocate resources

+ Troubleshoot program issues and helps to develop alternative program tasks, schedules, milestones, processes etc. to resolve program issues

+ Communicate program status, issues, and recommended mitigation plans to cross-functional core and executive teams

+ Assist in the development and review of product technical documentation and/or end user manuals

+ May interface with customers or suppliers directly on a regular basis throughout the life cycle of program

+ Multi-task with and understand/facilitate/guide a variety of disciplines such as IC design, CAD, fabrication, test, product support, systems, reliability, process control, inventory control, build scheduling, applications, marketing, and business/contracts

+ May be required to travel to other QCT locations

+ Articulate vision and influence decision making and outcomes both internally and with external suppliers

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 10+ years in the semiconductor industry (preferably design or high-volume manufacturing) with at least 5 years in Integrated Circuit product development program management, operations program management or design engineering management

+ Experience and understanding of semiconductor fabrication, assembly and test processes

+ 5+ years leading cross-functional teams consisting of RF/Analog/Mixed Signal and digital design, product engineering, reliability, package engineering, NPI, systems integration, product management, sourcing

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ SOI CMOS design experience preferred.

+ Experience with RF Front-End System performance required by the cellphone market

+ Experience with on die and/or package integrated passives including advanced switches and LNAs

+ Working knowledge of mobile telecommunication standards

+ Customer interface representing program management or product management

**Education Requirements** Required: Bachelor’s, Electrical Engineering

Preferred: Master’s, Business Administration and/or Electrical Engineering
