**Job Description:**

**Basic Purpose-**

The High Potential Development Talent Management Manager will design and deliver solutions to accelerate the development of key talent to drive sustained business success.


Designs, develops and deploys solutions to accelerate the development of key talent including: multi-month leadership development programs, coaching/mentoring assignments, rotational and internship programs.

Partners with stakeholders across the business and HR to understand current and future business capabilities and talent needs. Uses a variety of sources to identify development needs within different talent segments. Stays current on best practice, research, and thought leaders in high potential and leadership development.

Provides subject matter experience in adult learning and leadership development to create high quality solutions.

Works collaboratively with HR colleagues to ensure high potential solutions integrate with other talent practices such as performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, and core leadership development.

Develops and maintains partnerships with external vendors to design leadership development solutions that meet US Foods’ business needs.

Oversees end-to-end delivery of annual high potential program including communication plans, project plans, and event logistics. Works closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure achievement of program objectives.

Tracks overall program budget, schedule, and effectiveness measures to ensure solutions meet and exceed expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field required; Master’s degree a plus.

*Related Experience:*

+ 7 years experience in roles responsible for high potential development, leadership development, organizational development or related areas.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and of senior level group facilitation.
+ Expertise in executive and high potential development.
+ Strong project management skills and experience leading large-scale projects or programs in large, matrixed environments.
+ Demonstrated track record of utilizing practical and effective instructional design techniques to perform needs assessment, define learning objectives, design and develop learning solutions and measure business impact.
+ Demonstrated experience partnering with business/organizational leaders, learning consultants, and facilitators to translate business performance gaps into effective, measurable learning solutions.
+ Background in design and content development through a range of delivery methods (including e-learning, social media, distance learning, instructor led, blended and mobile learning).


+ Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of projects with varying levels of complexity to successful completion with minimal supervision.
+ Knowledge and demonstrated mastery of adult learning styles, leadership development, and an ability to operationalize learning best practices in a complex, corporate environment.
+ Ability to build relationships with business partners, HR colleagues and vendors and proven success in consulting at all organizational levels.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skill
+ Strong creative problem solving and project management skills.
