**Job Description:**

**Basic Purpose-**

Provides financial leadership to the Supply Chain organization and oversees the Supply Chain Finance team. Partners with Supply Chain leadership and Region and division Finance leaders to achieve Supply Chain and company goals.

**Description-**

VP, Finance- Supply Chain:

+ Build finance strategy and identify proactive solutions to enable Supply Chain to meet the functional goals and objectives
+ Oversee development and execution of timely, relevant and insightful performance dashboards and analytics
+ Lead monthly and quarterly performance review processes

+ Lead team of Supply Chain finance staff to provide analytic support and help develop and drive key Supply Chain-related initiatives (e.g., inbound logistics, warehousing, deliver, capital planning)

– Serve as an advocate for Supply Chain issues and concerns, while maintaining and enforcing company policies and guidelines
– Complete ad hoc projects, analyses, and initiatives as requested
+ Manage and plan the forecasting and budget development process for Supply Chain

– Forecast Supply Chain P&L
– Leads the development, review and approval of annual operating plans and capital expense
+ Strategic partner and active member of the Supply Chain Leadership team

+ Provide quality staff management for direct reports and is responsible for administrative responsibilities including performance evaluations, mentoring, skills development, disciplinary actions, recruitment and salary management

**Qualifications-**

*Education/Training:*

+ BA/BS Degree required. MBA Degree preferred.
+ Supply Chain experience preferred.
+ Foodservice or Food industry background a plus.
+ Manufacturing and distribution experience a plus.
+ Management consulting a plus.*Related Experience:*
+ Minimum 10 years financial or business related analyses experience including previous managerial responsibilities
+ Prior experience in managing a finance team required*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*
+ Strong financial, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience in manage a disciplined process
+ Attention to detail, and ability to prioritize activities in a multi-tasked environment.
+ Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures to the completion of both recurring and more difficult tasks/assignments.
+ Demonstrated “presence” and excellent communication skills, written and verbal, consistent with working with all levels of an organization.
