Job Summary:

The Engagement Coordinator (EC) is a temporary, full-time seasonal role designed to support United Way of King County’s Workplace and Philanthropic Giving (WPG) campaign season. Engagement Coordinators serve as ambassadors of UWKC’s mission, working closely with corporate partners, internal teams, and volunteers to help execute successful giving campaigns and events.

This role is deeply relationship-oriented and requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Engagement Coordinators will manage a portfolio of accounts, provide tailored support to corporate partners, and serve as the primary point of contact for many workplace campaigns. ECs will be expected to work closely with their assigned Engagement Manager, Associate Director of Corporate Development, and other members of the Engagement Team to ensure successful campaign implementation.

During campaign season, ECs will attend and support numerous in-person events throughout King County, particularly in downtown Seattle and surrounding areas. Commuting to partner sites for campaign kickoffs, volunteer events, and donor engagement activities will be a regular part of the role. ECs will also use Mission CRM to track partner engagement, enter and update account notes, and report campaign progress.

This is a temporary full-time position from September 3, 2025 to December 5, 2025 with compensation of $26.00 per hour.

This position will remain open until filled; however, priority consideration will be given to applications submitted within the first two weeks. We encourage interested candidates to apply early.
