Overview

Support the evaluation and improvement of case management programs at regional health centers. Three weeks of onsite work in New Mexico and Arizona are required; the rest of the work can be performed virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Perform program reviews and assessments, both onsite and remotely.
  • Participate in meetings, discussions, and process evaluations with clinical staff.
  • Prepare actionable recommendations and clear reports to support process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license with case management consulting experience.
  • Skilled communicator with a collaborative work style.
  • Experience with tribal/IHS health systems is preferred.
