Role Overview
Skull Vaping is looking for a motivated Accounting Officer to help manage the company’s financial activities and maintain accurate business records. This position will work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure transactions, invoices, payments, and reports are properly recorded.

Main Responsibilities
Record daily income, expenses, sales, and purchases
Process invoices and payment documentation
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
Reconcile bank accounts and internal financial records

Monitor outstanding payments and invoices
Review transactions for accuracy and completeness
Assist with stock and sales reconciliation
Organise financial documents and maintain accounting files
Support the finance team with administrative accounting tasks

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Strong numerical and analytical skills

A relevant accounting or finance qualification is preferred
