About Fort Mojave Indian Tribe
The Fort Mojave Indian Reservation is located along the Colorado River in the vicinity of Needles, California. The Reservation covers nearly 42,000 acres in the tri-state area of Arizona, California, and Nevada. The land is divided into three major segments: 23,669 acres in Mojave County Arizona; 12,633 acres adjacent to Needles, California; and 5,582 acres in Clark County, Nevada. Tribal headquarters are located in Needles, California.

MISSION:
Aha Macav Housing Entity (AMHE) is committed to providing Fort Mojave Tribal Members the opportunity for quality, affordable housing within a safe environment on the Fort Mojave Reservation while promoting economic independence.
AMHE also serves secondly, other Native Americans enrolled in Federally Recognized Tribes and thirdly, descendants of Fort Mojave Tribal members.
The goal is to administer the Housing Program in accordance with NAHASDA rules and regulations with oversight by the AMHE Board of Commissioners and Tribal Council.
