Hydaburg Cooperative Association (HCA) is a federally recognized tribe located in Hydaburg, Alaska, on Prince of Wales Island. As the governing body of the Haida people of Hydaburg, HCA is dedicated to preserving Haida culture, language, and traditions while advancing the social and economic well-being of its citizens. The Tribe administers a range of programs and services, including natural resource management, housing, education, health, transportation, and community development.
