Campus Planning and Facilities Management (CPFM) is a dynamic unit within the Finance and Administration portfolio, comprising seven departments and approximately 300 dedicated employees:

CPFM is responsible for planning, building, maintaining, and operating the infrastructure that supports the University of Oregon. Building Operations and Maintenance includes Maintenance Support, Carpentry, Building Automation Systems (BAS), Electrical, Painting, Plumbing, Mechanical, Lock and Door, and Fleet Services. These teams handle the maintenance, repair, and minor renovation of university buildings, vehicles, and equipment at the Eugene and Portland campuses. Their work ensures that the University of Oregon community has a safe, efficient, reliable, functional, and attractive learning environment, supporting the University’s mission and vision. Together, they are committed to creating a place where excellence thrives and everyone can succeed.
