LOCATION: Fremont, CA

Supervises a crew of roofers, including hiring, terminating, evaluations and disciplinary action.
Schedules jobs daily and prepares daily load sheets.
Supervises loading procedures ensuring that installers have proper materials, equipment and safety gear.
Visits job sites and reviews work in progress in terms of productivity and safety standards.
Uses daily load sheets and incoming materials to keep accurate inventory control.
Reviews WIP and plans future projects, ensuring that materials are available.
Conducts safety meetings on a regular basis, and reviews equipment for maintaining safety standards.
Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
Other duties as assigned.
Must have 5 years of roofing and waterproofing experience; and 2 years of Foreman/Supervisory experience.
OSHA 30 certificate desirable
Requires good verbal and written communications skills and a professional manner in dealing with customers and employees.
Valid CA Driver’s License
Regular attendance is required.
