Greet all incoming visitors
Answers phones and route calls to appropriate party
Assist Human Resources, Safety, Risk Management, Marketing and Accounting with a variety of clerical tasks
Type various correspondences
Data entry and updating various software applications
Mail distribution
Maintain office and keep supplies stocked
Abide by all safety regulations set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies
Other duties as assigned

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional manner in dealing with customers and employees.
Working knowledge of personal computer and other office equipment including faxes, copiers and printers.
Requires professional telephone skills in dealing with the public and other inter-company personnel.
Regular attendance is required.
