MCI (Mobile, Compute and Infrastructure) Business Operations is responsible for managing the overall operations for our business unit including demand management, supply/demand, NPI, sustaining lifecycle management and reporting/analytics.
We are looking for a Staff level Business Operations Analyst in San Diego with a strong background in data analytics, forecasting and reporting. The Business Operations Analyst, Staff is primarily responsible for completing product level analysis and reporting packages to support business management decisions. In addition, the role will support product forecast processes for the MCI (Mobile, Compute, and Infrastructure) Business Unit. Working in partnership with key stakeholders, the position will be accountable to identify business needs, work with large and complex data sets, complete supply and demand analyses, create dashboards of key metrics, and provide recommendations for both process improvements and operational decisions. This includes identifying risks, shifts in demand and opportunities based on a deep understanding of the business and available data. The knowledge gained through these analyses will also be applied to improve supply chain decisions to maximize supply and minimize E&O.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years business operations or related experience.
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years business operations or related experience.
+ High school diploma or equivalent and 9+ years business operations or related experience.
+ Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field.
+ 5+ years experience with ERP, CRM (e.g., Sales Force), business analytics (e.g., Tableau), Microsoft suite, or related systems/applications.
+ 2+ years experience in Semiconductor or related industry.
+ 1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
+ 3+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization
+ 3+ years of experience managing multiple high visibility, strategic and complex projects with minimal supervision
+ 3+ years experience with complex data analytics
+ 3+ years experience in report creation in Excel or Tableau is highly preferred
+ Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile.
+ Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs.
+ Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting).
+ Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.
+ Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.
