Responsibilities within this role include managing and driving weekly analyses & reviews with key stakeholders and creating comprehensive analyses & recommendations to support Consensus Demand Process. Strong collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, Strategic Marketing & Finance is a core function in this role and a key to success. In addition, the individual will work closely with Senior Management in Sales and Product Management on Product Transitions and Product Life Cycle analyses.

The Analyst will utilize Tableau, Rapid Response, Statistical Modeling, Excel and Power Point tools for analysis and presentations. Keeping current with market trends in mobile handset industry through active networking and research is paramount. The individual will utilize this knowledge to validate / analyze forecast data. The applicant will also assist in Demand and Capacity Planning, a direct input into the Sales and Operations Execution and Planning processes. A qualified candidate will be prepared to work directly with Product Management, Finance, and various Business Units throughout the Demand Planning procedure.

Successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:

+ Ability to lead, interact and manage matrixed environments to achieve results

+ Ability to lead ad hoc projects across functional groups

+ Organized, self-starter, entrepreneurial

+ Ability to identify key elements in data and derive specific trends relative to market data

+ The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with Management and Executives

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s, Business Administration and/or Finance, and/or Marketing, and/or Operations or related field5+ years previous experience as a Forecast/Financial/Supply Chain/Marketing Analyst

+ Able to critically evaluate data using various reporting tools

+ Able to identify key elements in data and derive specific trends relative to market dataExcel and PowerPoint skills with attention to detail

Educational Requirements:

+ Master’s, Business Administration

+ Prior experience in the telecommunication industry

+ Excel and Tableau programming skills preferred

+ Knowledge of supply chain, logistics and manufacturing in the semiconductor or mobile handset industry preferred
