Under the general direction of the Branch Chief of Linear Referencing Systems, a Research Data Supervisor II the Research Data Specialist II will be responsible for performing advanced and complex GIS and non-GIS data preparation, analysis, visualization and reporting in support of DRISI and Caltrans. The Lead LRS Specialist will be responsible for leading the LRS Analysts in LRS editing workflows, QA/QC processes, solving errors, and keeping the LRS functional and operational. Incumbent will actively collaborate and communicate with the other branches within the office, and other business areas within Caltrans to perform their daily tasks.
