Will consider Staff Services Analyst

Under the direction of a Staff Services Manager I, in the Division of Program Management, Planning and Modals (PM2), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for independently researching, analyzing, and monitoring the PM2 Funds and corresponding budget capacity. Other tasks include reviewing and analyzing various project and budget issues impacting the office. Provide recommendations to management that ensures the office continues the proper budgetary course; and takes a proactive role in resolving issues and correcting discrepancies.

Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Associate Governmental Program Analyst Exam. For those who do not have current eligibility (e.g. transfer, permissive reinstatement or voluntary demotions) and/or who will be new to state civil services employment, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible for these positions.
