A Field Manager is responsible for overall program direction, execution, and review of all activities within the Central Coast Field Office. Job duties include managing energy and mineral programs, coordinating land and resource planning, and directing administrative activities in support of operational programs. We are looking for someone with the ability to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate a broad array of complex resource management programs requiring intensive multiple-use management and protection of a variety of resources. Applicants that have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 level that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity as indicated by the examples listed on the job announcement may qualify for this position. This position does not have an education qualification requirement.
