A HR Specialist (Training and Outreach) provides consultative services relative to changing technologies, absolute workforce skills, and the challenges of organizations in transition. Job duties include preparing and implementing the strategic outreach plan, performing analysis and research for a variety of training and development initiates, and training managers, supervisors, and employees regarding various HR topics. We are looking for someone with knowledge on HR laws, regulations, systems and policies to process a variety of personnel actions and solve moderately complex issues. Candidates that have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07, or two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or a combination of experience and qualifying education may qualify for this position.
