Salary Range

$63,000 to $74,000/yr depending on experience

 

Location

This role travels up to 50% of the time within the territory of service (including ground and air travel), and the incumbent must reside and work remotely within one of the states within the designated Sales Region:

Arkansas

Iowa

Kansas

Louisiana

Minnesota

Missouri

Oklahoma

Texas

 

Responsibilities
Duties include:

 

Assists Sales Management Team on increasing sales and conducting education and support of our products to retailers, wholesalers, and direct customers.
Executes annual directives developed by the Field Sales Manager and goals through follow up monthly & quarterly meetings; and manages execution of quarterly promotions with distributors in their region (UNFI, KEHE, etc.).
Actively sells Dr. Bronner’s skus into retailers at the store level where possible. Including placing turnover orders and promoting/monitoring the roll out of new and existing items.
Completes thorough TurnLink recaps of all store interactions, for both in-person visits and phone/virtual market tours, addressing Key Account Focuses and directives including photo documentation.
Assists with store outreach and education on Dr. Bronner’s environmental and social campaign initiatives.
Participates in retailer resets, store checks and audits during market tours as needed or requested.
Develops and manages weekly to-do list.
Assists in special administrative projects to support Sales Management & Marketing Teams.
Will successfully follow quarterly focuses at each retailer as assigned by the Field Sales Manager.
Attends business reviews with Account Manager for key account retailers & distributors (when needed), market tours, meetings with new possible distributors, and trainings for key account retailers.
Develops and maintains great relationships with all key retailers and distributors.
Attends (develops, arranges, etc.) assigned shows to include distributors, consumer shows and expositions.
Attends and actively participates in regularly scheduled virtual meetings (Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.) as well as semi-annual in-person sales meetings in Vista, CA as arranged.
Compiles detailed expense reports, adhering to assigned deadlines and policies including proper use and reporting of company issued card where applicable.
Other duties as assigned within job scope.

5 years of experience in territory sales performing the types of duties outlined herein
Must have reliable transportation and possess and maintain a valid state of residence driver’s license, including proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage and insurability under the Company’s insurance carrier standards.
